Engineering

Bernal has Die, Systems & Electrical Engineering on staff. Our engineering staff has over 45 years of experience and are also trained as a Certified INDRAMAT Servo System Integrator. Bernal holds over 50 patents relating to rotary dies and systems.

CAD/CAM Technology

Bernal utilizes the latest in CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, Autocad, and Vericut with ‘Interference and Collision Detection’. Bernal has multiple software translators able to import from and export to many current CAD packages available today. Bernal has software capable of 4, 5 & 6 axis machining.
